Cooperative Health is excited to announce the opening of its new Teen and Young Adult Center, located at 4809 Monticello Road in Columbia,is coming soon this fall.
Designed specifically for patients ages 13 through 26, the Center provides comprehensive primary care in an environment focused on the unique physical, emotional, and social needs of teens and young adults. Services include preventive healthcare, wellness visits, sexual and reproductive health, mental health support, and guidance through the transition from pediatric to adult care.
Behavioral health services are available Mondays and Wednesdays, while primary care services are offered Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cooperative Health welcomes all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Tricare, Medicaid, and Medicare.
