September 10, 2025, marked an exciting milestone for our community as we joined local leaders, developers, and partners for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Station at Congaree Pointe. This transformative mixed-use development, located along the growing Bluff Road corridor, represents a bold investment in the future of the community—bringing together housing, commerce, and essential health services in one connected space.
One of the most anticipated features of this project will be a state-of-the-art Cooperative Health site, designed to expand access to quality care for residents in the area. The new facility will reflect Cooperative Health’s ongoing mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive health services for all, regardless of circumstance.
During the ceremony, Board Chairman Hasan Ross-el delivered thoughtful remarks on the significance of the project and its potential to enhance community wellbeing. He was joined by Acting CEO Dr. Rufus Wofford, who took part in the ceremonial groundbreaking, symbolizing Cooperative Health’s continued commitment to growth and innovation.
