Cooperative Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Kay Schultz as the ChiefFinancial Officer. Schultz oversees all aspects of the organization’s financial operations. In her role as CFO, she leads budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, accounting, disbursements, decision support, and revenue cycle functions. Schultz works closely with Cooperative Health’s senior leadership team and Board of Directors to ensure strong financial stewardship and support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, community-focused care.
Schultz brings nearly three decades of financial management experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Her career has focused on strengthening organizational performance through the development of sound financial policies, operational improvements, and effective strategic planning. She is known for her commitment to building efficient financial systems that support long-term stability and growth.
Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sterling College and an MBA from Emporia State University. She became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Kansas in 2000
